NOTE 1

Well this is a short story. My first actually. So i want your honest opinion on it.

She pulled at her shawl as the wind gently blew past her as the gazed up at the stars from her terrace.everything seemed so perfect. When you love someone, its like reaching for the stars; you know you cant reach it but keep trying cos one day that star might fall just for you.someone had once told her. And it had!
He was the only person she had ever wanted to be with though now he was the only person with her, she didn't want a thing more. He was the only one who could make her laugh and laugh at the smallest things and make her cry for hours by making some really sarcastic comments.
leaning against the wall she thought of how long their relationship had come. She had loved his sense of humour and laughed like crazy at anything he said. She had taken his number so casually and had messaged him a friendly 'Hi!wassup?' to see if he would reply. And he did. They messaged all through the day, from 8in the morning till 11:30 at night. He sent her extra sweet messages, once out of the blue,he said he loved her, but then said he was just kidding. Now what the hell did that mean? But after a couple of days, they went back to their routine messaging and then all of a sudden he stopped replying and said there wasn't any point since they met each other daily.
How much fun he made of her! And how she learnt to laugh at herself. He taught he how to live and day by day her crush grew more and more into love. He was all she could think of.
One day,he told her that no one had ever tied him a rakhi and on that raksha bandhan she made it a point to tie every other guy a rakhi except him. He came up to her the same day, told her how much he loved her and couldn't live without her.He said"do you love me?" and she ran into his arms, tears rolling down her cheeks.
Today, both of them had achieved what they had wanted, got married and had settled down happily as Cupid's arrow held them together tightly.
As she was thinking of how they had redefined love for each other, he came upstairs to join her."Priti", he called her."Aman! I love you so much!" "Come here", he pulled her as close as he could. He wiped the tears off her face and looked in her eyes. she held him tightly. "So, what happened?" he asked? "Nothing, was just thinking of us." she said and dug her face into his chest. he slowly stroked her head and hugged her tightly. she lifted her face and gazed into his eyes.
She had once read somewhere that the perfect marriage was the one where you could see forever, and in his eyes, she could see 'forever'.
